Domain and appellation

    Our craft is filled with intense moments, swinging between high tension and great joy. But we decided to push the limits even further... by making white wine on a land of red.

     

    This soil is so red, so deeply Médoc, that no Médoc appellation officially recognises white wine. As a result, the few whites produced on the peninsula fall under the Bordeaux Blanc AOC.

     

    Today, there are barely a dozen white wine estates in the entire Médoc. A rare, deliberate and thrilling choice.
