Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is frank and greedy, opening with black fruit jam before evolving towards sweet spices, paprika and a touch of cumin.
On the palate, the attack is supple, with a pleasant balance and medium body, in an easy, gourmet style.
The finish, marked by a hint of sapid tension, prolongs the tasting experience with a delicate persistence.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

MICHEL CHAPOUTIER
M. Chapoutier – The obvious voice of terroir
It all began with Michel Chapoutier, a man unlike any other — curious, independent, and endlessly driven.
Michel isn’t one to follow the rules. He’s a man of life, of movement, of vision.
His mission? To reveal terroirs, to express the soul of the soil, to uncover the hidden potential that gives each wine its distinctive taste signature.
Today, that vision has become a legacy, and above all, an obvious truth:
At M. CHAPOUTIER, the teams continue this journey with passion and precision —
