Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is straightforward, still a little closed, perhaps because of the initial shock, but it gradually opens up to aromas of white fruit, pear and hints of pineapple.
The attack is supple, full-bodied and well-balanced.
This wine has good persistence and finesse, with a character marked by white fruit syrup and exotic fruit, accompanied by light mineral and saline notes.
The finish is full and round, with a hint of peach syrup, offering a soft, pleasant sensation.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
Designed in the 19th century, the Château's exuberant architecture was intended to hide its cellars.

CHATEAU DES FINES ROCHES
Located between Sorgues and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château des Fines Roches stands out with its medieval-style architecture, featuring battlements, machicolations, and mullioned windows dating back to the 19th century.
The estate has been owned by the Mousset family since 1832.
• Terroir: Spanning 45 hectares, the estate lies on pebble-strewn soils with a clay subsoil.
• Viticulture: The vines are on average 40 years old, with plantings of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Muscardin, and Mourvèdre.
• Vinification: Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (16–18°C) in concrete vats. The wine is then aged for 8 months in concrete vats. -
