Fruity and well-rounded

A deep orange colour with coppery highlights, clear and brilliant.

 

The open nose reveals complex aromas of cider, cinnamon, candied pear and dried apricot, with a very distinctive profile.

 

The pearly attack offers a light effervescence, enlivened by fine bubbles which quickly fade, giving way to a pleasant tension and great finesse.

 

The wine has a lovely character marked by flavours of cooked apple, yellow peach and pear, with a hint of white chocolate and yellow flower honey.

 

The wine is well-balanced, without heaviness, and has a long finish, combining freshness and elegance.
