Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is clean and distinctive, marked by herbs and fresh spices.

The attack is full-bodied, with a beautiful envelope and controlled balance.

The palate asserts a rich and distinctive character, supported by ripe tannins.

Notes of garrigue herbs prolong the whole, with a beautiful persistence on the finish.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

All the values and personality of Maison Sinnae are fully expressed in these cuvées: a strong sense of collective spirit, the pleasure of work well done, a deep commitment to responsibility, and a distinctive touch of modernity and boldness dear to our winegrowers.

The 2023 vintage, despite a dry winter, saw the vines begin their growth cycle under favourable conditions. A rainy spring then boosted vine development, particularly for Grenache.

Intense summer heat, with temperatures exceeding 40°C, reduced yields, yet the quality of the grapes remained outstanding, resulting in powerful, concentrated red wines.
