The family establishment is nestled in Domfrontais in the heart of Normandy, in the town of La Ferrière aux Etangs.
- Terroir: The estate is located on a hilly terrain. The soil is predominantly silty-clay-stony. Located on a sandstone bar, the floors are draining.
- Blend: Sweet bitter apples.
- Maturing: After pressing, the must is put in tanks ; then alcoholic fermentation, voluntarily slowed down, will last 180 days, where the fruity aromas will be refined.
