Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is clean, dominated by white peach and pear, with a hint of fresh almond.
The attack is supple, combining roundness and freshness.
The palate asserts a clean, distinctive character, then opens up with notes of frangipane, yellow fruit and apple.
The whole offers a beautiful balance, supported by good length.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

THIERRY DROUIN
Thierry Drouin was born in Vergisson, a picturesque village typical of the Mâconnais, located at the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. This exceptional landscape, shaped by vineyards and limestone cliffs, inspired his early passion for wine.
In 1981, he chose to settle here as a winegrower, guided by a deep connection to this unique terroir. His estate, made up of a mosaic of individual plots, enjoys a breathtaking view over the Roches de Solutré and Vergisson, iconic landmarks of the region.
