Well-rounded

The nose is open and delicate, with aromas of Morello cherries, kirsch and plum, complemented by a hint of cherry blossom, giving a sensation of elegance and finesse.

 

The attack is supple and acidic, with a crisp texture and ripe tannins that add structure.

 

The wine's character is expressed through kirsch, with subtle notes of green pepper, bramble and lilac, offering a long, lingering finish.

 

The finish is sapid and crisp, finishing on morello cherry and spices, with a slight austerity typical of the appellation.
