Le nez, ouvert et frais, s’exprime sur des notes d’agrumes, de combava, de cyste et de citron vert, avec une belle intensité aromatique.


L’attaque est acidulée et croquante, portée par de jolies notes végétales, aromatiques et minérales, dans un bel équilibre.


La finale, croquante et iodée, offre une persistance moyenne et une pointe de finesse qui prolonge élégamment la dégustation.

    A long journey from the vine to the bottle.
    Situated along a gastronomic stop on the legendary Route Nationale 7, the vineyard of Pouilly-sur-Loire has long attracted the curiosity of an emerging form of tourism.

     

    In 1947, faced with the logistical challenges of supplying Paris and meeting foreign demand, a small group of winegrowers decided to take action and organise themselves.


    A project to pool their cellars and create a shared warehouse was born.

     

    This early form of cooperative soon caught the attention of a local scholar, Dr Sebillot, eager to promote scientific progress — what would later be known as “oenology”.
