Fruity and crisp

The nose is frank and expressive, revealing notes of spices and herbs, accompanied by a delicate blackcurrant coulis.


The attack is supple, marked by roundness and beautiful balance, with a frank and distinctive character, slightly pinot-like.


The finish, of medium length, lingers on peppery notes, bringing freshness and relief.
