    Woodford Reserve's unique flavour comes from the quality of the new white oak casks selected for maturation, as well as from the blending of the finest grains. The rich, colourful aromas of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked are the result of an innovative approach to producing this double-matured bourbon. The concept behind this unique process is to mature the whiskey in two types of oak cask, each burnt differently. The second cask is intensely boiled before being lightly toasted on the inside, with the aim of developing a richer woody character.
