A golden colour, slightly cloudy.
The nose is clean, characterised by notes of fresh ginger and citrus, complemented by a hint of herbaceousness and nuances of black tea.
The attack is supple, carried by fine but rather fleeting bubbles.
The palate develops a clean finish on ginger, with a balanced profile but a character that remains somewhat understated.
Overall, it lacks slightly the piquancy and lively freshness one would expect from ginger, despite a pleasant aromatic profile.
