Fruity and crisp

A dense, persistent white mousse reveals a brilliant pale yellow colour.

The nose is straightforward, dominated by aromas of fresh cereals and a subtle touch of coriander.

The attack is supple and well-balanced, with an average but pleasant carbonation.

The wine lingers well, leaving a slight sapid bitterness on the palate that gives a sensation of lightness and freshness.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
