Fruity and well-rounded
Its luminous amber color unveils a beautiful and pure nose evoking yellow fruits and dried fruits. In mouth, it is well-balanced, distinct, spiced and full-bodied. The finish is enveloping.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Talisker
Located not far away from the village of Carbost, on the shore of Loch Harport, Talisker is one of the most prestigious and isolated distilleries existing.
In 1825, Hugh and Kenneth Mac Askill have decided to move to the Skye Island. They rented a place in Carbost and established the distillery of Talisker in 1830.
Port Ruighe allies the coastal temper of Talisker and the smooth notes of red fruits brought by the Porto tanks.
