Our oenologists' opinion

Well-rounded

Its straw color offers a nice bouquet nose of brioche notes. In the mouth, this wine presents a nice balance, finesse and roundness. It is full bodied and long with melting bubbles.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

    • Viticulture: The field practices viticulture. The harvest is manual to select the best bunches and keep them intact.

    • Vinification: The name "Tête de Cuvée" originated through a winemaking specificity. It corresponds to a rigorous selection of some of the juice obtained at the time of pressing: nearly 60% of all juices flowing from the first greenhouse of the press.
