Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
The nose is clean and roasted, marked by fresh leather and smoked cereals, then opens up to notes of caramel.
The attack is supple and round, with a slight, well-integrated sweetness.
The palate develops a woody and toasty finish, with notes of salted butter caramel and a hint of smoke.
The finish is savoury, harmonious and warm.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

TEELING
An Irish whiskey crafted in Dublin, this limited-edition blend embodies the blending expertise of Teeling Whiskey Company.
Aged in Bourbon casks, it is then finished in former Bordeaux red wine casks, an exclusive signature reserved for the French market. This double maturation gives it a distinctive character both rounded and intensely aromatic.
A refined and original whiskey, perfect for enthusiasts seeking flavourful discoveries and distinctive expressions of Irish whiskey.
