These plants are hand-picked from the depths of the Amazon rainforest, then macerated and individually distilled in a traditional 500-liter copper still. Canaïma owes its herbaceous notes to seje and its aromas of caramel, ginger and coriander to tupiro, also known as cocona, and cashew nuts.
