Well-rounded

Old gold colour with bronze highlights. Nice nose, powerful and special with spicy aromas of rosemary, juniper, gentian, fresh mentholated hint, floral hint of wisteria. Balanced, signed but quite typical on red caramel, salted butter caramel notes, salted peanut notes. Clean finish but lacks length.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    Jägermeister Manifest is a super-premium liqueur made from more than 56 herbs at 38% strength.   5 exceptional macerates of herbs, flowers, roots, fruits and spices which are left to mature for 15 months in oak barrels through a double maturation process.
