The first vintage owes its name to a small village depending on the town of Carpi. The domain is located on lands of the area of Carpi, at the north-west of the province of Modena and on the neighbor lands of the south area of Modena.
- Tasting: This purple-colored Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce Frizzante releases winey yet fruity fragrances, recalling roasted black fruits. Are following more vegetal scents. In mouth, the attack shows an extraordinary suppleness and unveils nice and generous bubbles. The tasting is ending revealing the fruity side of this Italian wine.
The Valpolicella Fiori Lamberti is a wine elaborated by the Maison Lamberti, founded by the family of the same name in 1964. It is one of the most emblematic family of the history of Verona. The Maison is located near the Lake Garda and the domain extends on 27 hectares. It is cultivated organically.
- Tasting: Amazing fragrances of cassis and blackberry coulis are releases by this garnet-colored wine, followed by more vegetal scents recalling the rosemary and the fresh spices. In mouth, an incredible balance is allying with an exceptional roundness, offering a tasting all about freshness.
