Fruity and crisp

Bright straw yellow colour, medium bubbles, fairly regular. Straightforward nose of ferns, peppermint, notes of fresh hazelnuts, a fairly chalky mineral touch. Good balance, good nerves, medium body, nice, rather chalky and fresh character with hints of brioche bread. Straight and fresh finish. Rather an aperitif Champagne.
