Fruity and crisp

Clear, limpid and brilliant colour with golden reflections. Clear nose, with white flowers and apple. Opens with notes of almond, white chocolate and a touch of brioche. Attack on a lively bubble, with good staying power. Tension and freshness. Frank length on brioche notes, almond and floral character.  Clean, mineral, chalky finish.
