Ingredients

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, oat flakes, yeast, carbon dioxide

Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Dense white foam, a generous crown on a clear straw colour with discreet highlights.

The nose is straightforward and distinctive, opening with notes of exotic fruit and fresh citrus, before revealing more herbaceous aromas of fresh hops, both delicious and thirst-quenching.

The attack is supple, supported by balanced carbonation, with a creamy, melted bubble.

The palate is seductive with its freshness, balance and straightforward aroma, faithful to the nose.

The finish is straightforward, slightly bitter, very sapid, and pleasantly prolongs the tasting.

A refreshing finish with hints of hops and lemon. A clean, well-crafted beer that is both delicious and thirst-quenching.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Brewery and region

  • BRASSERIE TANDEM

It all started with two beer enthusiasts, Aymeric and Pierre-André, who shared the same dream: to open a craft brewery in the North of France.
In 2019, they took the plunge in Wambrechies!

Since then, the team has grown, and the brewery has relocated to benefit from a more efficient production space, while also welcoming beer lovers to a bar-restaurant where you can buy directly and enjoy a drink on site.

Tandem also stands for strong values that have guided us from day one, because for us, that truly matters!
