Fruity and crisp

Beer with an airy beige head and good body. Cloudy straw colour. Herbaceous nose, with fresh hops, opens up to aromas of fresh coconut, exotic fruits and citrus. Full-bodied attack, roundness, balance, nice bitterness that does not dominate. Nice concentration. Frank length with a typical character. Persistent and sapid finish.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Double IPA does not necessarily mean twice the bitterness but rather twice the aroma!

Brasserie Tandem

Coup de Soleil is a Double IPA. It is a 7.5% alcohol beer with a clear, cloudy colour thanks to the extensive raw hopping carried out during the aging process. It offers an interesting balance between the roundness brought by a large quantity of malt and powerful aromas of exotic fruits and coconut.
