Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and light

Dense white mousse with an elegant finish.
The light yellow colour is limpid and luminous, announcing a beautiful freshness.

The straightforward nose opens with lively citrus zest and fresh cereals, with a fine expression of crisp citrus fruit in the background.

 

The attack is supple and light, carried by fine, creamy bubbles.

 

 The finish is clean and thirst-quenching, revealing delicate cereal notes and a biscuity touch reminiscent of a spoon in the hand.

 

The finish is clean, as thirst-quenching as ever, with a lovely finesse that invites you to come back for more.

  • Keeping level Ready to drink

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Brewery and region

  • Brasserie Tandem

    Brasserie Tandem was created in May 2019 by Aymeric Segard and Pierre-André ; Zimmermann. The team is now made up of 7 people!

     

    Our project is to produce craft beers that are rather light in alcohol and full of flavour in an eco-responsible way:

     The beers in the permanent range are all 100% organic, with no exceptions.

     

    The electricity used is guaranteed 100% renewable via Enercoop.

     

    Cereal residues from the brewing process are reused by a farmer.

     

    Process water is systematically recovered, and bottles and kegs are reusable.
