Fruity and crisp

Pale colour with silvery-green highlights. The nose opens with notes of exotic fruit, fresh fruit, citrus zest, then mineral and gunflint. Well-balanced, medium-bodied, clean, fine and fresh. A character that extends the aromas of the nose, with notes of citrus fruit and minerality. Long, taut finish.

Domain and appellation

DOMAINE LEBRUN

Family-run since 1861, the estate of almost 9 hectares is located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé́ appellation on the slopes of Saint-Andelain. Terroir: The vineyard is planted on 70% flinty clay, and clay-limestone and sandy-clay soils. Viticulture: The grapes are sorted on arrival at the winery. Vinification: Slow pressing, with juice fractionation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control (16-18°C). Aged on the lees for 4 to 6 months before the batches are selected and blended in February. Bottling takes place at the estate in April.
