    Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is now among the most prestigious in Champagne thanks to its ancestral know-how and unique expertise in showcasing Chardonnay.

     

    • Viticulture: A strict specification imposed by Maison Henriot allows the obtaining of high-quality harvests produced by the house or through established partnerships with vinegrowers. The vineyards are managed with sustainable practices. The harvests are hand-picked.

     

    • Vinification: Composed of over 25 crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, the Henriot Brut Souverain Champagne is aged for 3 years in the domain’s cellars.
