Well-rounded

Its deep color gives a nice brioche nose. As for the taste, this wine presents a nice balance, minerality and finesse. It is full-bodied, full, signed and nervous with a nice length on creamy bubbles.

Domain and appellation

Henriot
Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is now among the most prestigious Champagnes with an ancestral know-how and unique expertise related to prior commissioning of chardonnay.
- Viticulture: Strict specifications are imposed by the Maison Henriot to allow for the attainment of a qualitative harvest produced by the house or through partnerships with winemakers. The vineyards are worked in pest management. The harvest is manual.
- Vinification: Composed of more than 25 wines from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne of Reims, Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain is aged 3 years in the field of cellars.
