Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
Dark garnet colour with brick tints, dense, opaque and brilliant. Open nose with hints of roasted wood to melt, plum and liquorice, hints of eucalyptus. Powerful attack, vanilla, tension, nice character on red fruit gratin. Beautiful finesse. Sapid finish, elegant, racy, satiny tannins, powerful and complex. To be kept in the cellar for another 2/3 years.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Chateau LA GRACE DIEU les Menuts
In the heart of Saint-Emilion, nature seems to have fashioned a vineyard uniting the gravelly hilltops of Pomerol to the west with the clay-limestone plateau of the "Menuts" to the east of the medieval town, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Between tradition and evolution, every effort is made to preserve the typicality of this mosaic of terroirs whose 17 hectares are composed of 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Certified ISO 14001 and High Environmental Value Level 3, different agronomic techniques are practiced to promote biodiversity in our vineyard, life in our soils in order to develop a better resistance of our vines and limit the impact on the environment .
