Fruity and crisp

The nose is frank, open and distinctive, blending lively citrus fruits, white flowers, marked minerality and delicate notes of flint and smoke, with a touch of Granny Smith apple.

 

On the palate, the supple attack reveals tension and volume, beautiful balance and great finesse. 

 

The character asserts itself with citrus and flint, with a subtle exotic touch.

 

The finish is sapid, salty, beautifully persistent, leaving a clean and chiselled impression.
