Fruity and crisp

The frank, open nose offers aromas of yellow fruit and white flowers, accompanied by notes of acacia honey, brioche and vanilla, with a subtle hint of citrus.

The attack is taut, underpinned by good CO2 and a fine balance of acidity.

The character develops around yellow fruit and fresh citrus.

The aftertaste is full-bodied, with a savoury finish marked by a delicate touch of salinity.
