The nose, initially somewhat austere, gradually opens up to reveal intense notes of roasted coffee, black pepper and mocha, revealing a serious, distinctive and racy aromatic structure.
The attack is fleshy, with the wine offering body, roundness and good length on the palate.
The spicy and roasted character, faithful to the signature of this cuvée, is expressed with balance and a touch of finesse.
The finish is full-bodied and fleshy, marked by a beautiful persistence and a serious structure that makes it a wine of character, to be enjoyed now or laid down for greater complexity.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
