Since 1952, the spirit of Alsace wine. For over 70 years, the 170 winegrowing families of the Cave have joined forces to produce wine at the Château de Hoen in Beblenheim. 530 hectares of vineyards are cultivated following the principles of sustainable viticulture, an approach recognised with the HVE 3 certification.
- Terroir: The vines are mainly planted on marl-limestone soils.
- Viticulture: The adoption of sustainable farming practices aims to preserve the vines through environmentally friendly viticultural methods.
- Vinification: A gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats precede the ageing process in vats.
