Fruity and well-rounded

Open nose with notes of plums, blackberry jam, blueberry coulis and a touch of violet candy.

The attack is fleshy, greedy, full and round, with fat tannins.

Character marked by black fruit coulis, sweet spices, black pepper and peppermint, with a warm touch.

Luscious finish of black fruit jam and black pepper, good persistence, with good substance, ripe and sunny.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation

Domaine De Prebayon by Terra Sol is likely one of the oldest estates in the Plan de Dieu area, located in the heart of the Côtes-du-Rhône. The vinification process is traditional, with a long fermentation of 4 weeks, during which numerous rack-and-return techniques are employed.
