Powerful bouquet

Pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Open nose with notes of salted butter caramel, white chocolate, vanilla, a hint of smoke and gunflint. Chiselled attack, frank, beautiful finesse, tension, freshness. Good balance. Character with toast, spices and smoky notes. Crisp, sapid finish with lime and sea salt.

    Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, the family estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers almost 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic. Precision, strength and freshness are the Brocard signature, a unique style that can be found in each of the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru appellation wines, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.
