Powerful bouquet
The nose is bold, characterised by woody notes and burnt caramel, complemented by hints of roasted aromas, roasted black fruits and toasted spices.
The attack is full-bodied, characterised by a lovely roundness and harmonious balance.
The ripe tannins provide structure and depth to the wine.
The finish is medium-length, marked by notes of liquorice and mocha, which prolong the aromatic expression with intensity.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

MONÓLOGO CRIANZA
Monólogo Crianza is a wine made from destemmed grapes, which undergo a two-day pre-fermentation and 15 days of skin contact.
After pressing, the first juices are separated and undergo malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months; this combination of woods imparts great aromatic complexity.
The wine is then clarified and filtered just before bottling.
