The nose is open and expressive, carried by notes of smoked wood, roasting, and a hint of burnt horn, before opening up to an intense and indulgent blueberry syrup.
On the palate, the attack is supple, with body and beautiful balance.
The wine is fleshy, frank and elegant, with ripe, silky tannins.
It has depth and finesse, while retaining a lovely assertive character.
The finish is frank, marked by notes of cocoa, long and flavourful.
