Fruity and crisp

Pale straw colour with pale green highlights. Open, fresh nose with citrus fruit and flinty notes, a hint of salt. Mellow attack, slightly pearly, with finesse. Character on white flowers, well balanced. Mineral finish, sapid, on white flowers and pear syrup.
