Features

    Our estate (77 hectares) in Touraine is located in Chemery. We craft this cuvée with the same care as our Sancerre and Pouilly wines. 

     

    100% natural winemaking, using indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A dry, fruity, mineral wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fish, and goat cheese.
