Powerful bouquet

The nose is open and spicy, with aromas of pepper, peppermint and blackcurrant.

 

The attack is supple and fleshy, providing tension and a beautiful envelope, with harmonious balance.

 

The character is characterised by notes of red fruit and candied pepper, adding a lovely complexity.

 

The finish is supple, with tannins that are present but ripe, giving a long, lingering finish.

Features

    Nicolas' oenologists assess the quality of the new vintages each year and blend them to give the best possible expression of the vintage.

     

    This exclusive blend, made with method and rigor, then requires bottling under excellent conditions to ensure both sanitary control and respect for the original quality of the wines. This technical expertise is guaranteed at the bottling locations chosen by Nicolas.
