Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Dark garnet colour. Nice nose of black fruits, pepper, hint of undergrowth, violets. Good balance, frank, little finesse. Nice spicy character, ripe tannins, quite supple and round. Good finish, quite greedy.

Features

j'ai gouté ce vin il y a 20 ans et je suis tombé fou de ce vin !!! Par contre je l'ai gouté dernièrement et je l'ai trouvé moins boisé il me manque ce quelque chose de la Syrah qu'il y a 20 ans !! Mais il est très bon mais à besoin de le laisser travailler !!!

2021 a laisser vieillir 4 à 5 ans pas plus mais on ne sait jamais !!!!!
