Fruity and crisp
Pale pink with coral highlights, clear and brilliant. The nose is open, with notes of grapefruit, pomelo and lime, clean and tangy. The attack is frank and fresh, with notes of harlequin candy, tension and freshness. Character with exotic fruit and notes of citric candy. Crisp, tangy finish with a little persistence.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

A wine estate since 1913, this 30-hectare estate is located in the Sauvebonne Valley, at the foot of the Massif des Maures. This family estate has equal parts AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Méditerranée vines. This cuvée is the perfect ally for cooling off on sunny days.
