L'avis de nos oenologues

Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, expressive and distinctive, dominated by aromas of exotic fruit and citrus, with subtle floral notes such as orange blossom.

The wine develops a mineral dimension, adding depth and finesse.

On the palate, the balance is remarkable: a frank, straightforward expression, with fine concentration.

The finish reveals a lovely character, marked by subtle empyreumatic notes, testifying to great mastery and elegance.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • DOMAINES SCHLUMBERGER

The Saering, first mentioned in 1250, rises like a peninsula on the plain, forming a tongue of land in a ring shape.

This hillside has been marketed under its own name since 1830.
