Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
The nose is frank and expressive, opening with notes of roasted coffee and black fruits, enhanced by a floral touch of peony.
On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, with good structure and lovely freshness.
The balance is just right, with a racy finish marked by notes of candied pepper.
The wine asserts a lovely racy character and finishes with good persistence, elegance and richness.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

A Lieu-dit is a collection of small, unique vineyard plots defined by a territorial, cadastral and historical unit.
It constitutes a unique terroir, where the alchemy between the soil, the relief, the exposure, the climate and the grape variety gives rise to Protected Designation of Origin wines with remarkable typicity and assertive style.
Thanks to respect for the terroir and the expertise of the winegrowers, these places reveal the best of each -
