Fruity and well-rounded

Frank, open nose of yellow fruit, fresh apricots, hints of fresh almonds and candied ginger.

 

A well-balanced wine that is vinous, straightforward and fine, with a lovely character of white fruit and fresh, almost mentholated notes.

 

The bubbles are clean, fairly fine and smooth.

 

Fine, clean finish with a hint of chalkiness.

Caractéristiques

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Perrier Jouët was the official champagne at the wedding of Prince Albert of Monaco to Charlène Wittstock in 2011.

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • PERRIER-JOUËT

    In 1959, GH Mumm bought the Perrier Jouët house, thereby integrating the group Pernod Ricard.
     
    • Vinification: Developed with the  "Methode Champenoise", raw grape is vinified according to their listing in the scale and quality of wines, before being assembled by the cellarmaster. Finally, the wine is aged for 3 years cellars of the estate.
