Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

DELAS FRÈRES
For over 180 years, Delas Frères’ ‘winemaker’s heart’ has been expressed with rigour and passion across the northern appellations of the Rhône Valley.
The estate wines and single-vineyard selections produced there reflect the company’s philosophy, which focuses on the quality of the terroirs.
Since 1996, Delas Frères has undertaken a major investment programme: a new winery, renovation of the ageing cellar, and the acquisition of vineyards. The recent acquisition of an estate in the heart of Tain l’Hermitage provides Delas Frères with a truly exceptional setting for the vinification and ageing of its most prestigious wines.
This new site, a prime location for welcoming visitors, contributes to the House’s reputation. Hedonists and wine lovers alike will enjoy a unique experience blending tradition and modernity, nature and architecture, culture and serenity.
