Powerful bouquet

Light lemon yellow colour, frank nose that opens up with hazelnuts, fresh almonds, a hint of vanilla, butter, good balance on a medium bodied wine, character with buttery notes, but an underlying vegetal hint, fairly taut finish.

    Created in 1923, the Chablisienne cooperative now covers 25% of the Chablis vineyard with more than 300 winegrowers.
    Terroir: Spread over 1175 hectares, the Chablisienne vineyards are located on Kimmeridgian soils with alternating marl and marly limestone with small oyster deposits. The parcels are generally exposed to the south-east, south and south-west with a mosaic of different climates.
    Viticulture: The cooperative has the particularity of harvesting the grapes in the form of musts in order to immediately evaluate the quality of the different plots.
