Fruity and well-rounded

Dark garnet colour with plum highlights. Open nose with notes of blueberry, strawberry jam and thyme, quite complex, with a hint of herbs. Velvety, fleshy attack, on red fruit gratin, satin tannins. The finish is greedy, with black fruits, a touch of vanilla and acidity.

Features

Domain and appellation

    From the Coteau de Combiaty, located due south, this Brouilly is rooted in a soil of pink granite in friable rock. 100% manual harvesting. The particularity of our estate is the de-stemming of a harvest at the optimum phenolic maturity to obtain round and silky tannins. This Cuvée Célina is worked in carbonic maceration and vinified in parcels to keep the typicity of its terroir. A 16-day vatting period in temperature-controlled vats with delestage and punching of the cap every two days is preferred to extract colour, aromas and tannins.
