Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
The initially discreet nose gradually opens up to a lovely freshness of citrus fruit, enhanced by fine roasted spices, such as a hint of white pepper mixed with pomelo zest.
A subtle elegance that invites you to savour.
The attack is tangy and crisp, with good volume, marked by notes of white flowers, fresh redcurrants and a touch of chalk, a strong mineral signature.
The palate is full-bodied, fine and well-balanced, combining freshness and roundness without excess.
The finish is sapid, acidic and persistent, carried by citrus fruit and a hint of salivating bitterness, giving it depth.
A serious rosé, straightforward and delicious, both precise and charming, ideal for a refined summer meal.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.
