Fruity and crisp

The nose is frank and open, revealing aromas of fresh fruit such as pear and peach, accompanied by a mineral hint of flint and light notes of brioche and marzipan.

 

The attack is taut and well-balanced, with suppleness and freshness.

 

The character is expressed through notes of pear syrup and white chocolate.

 

Good persistence, with a taut, greedy finish.
