Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, frank and distinctive, with elegant aromas of candied grapefruit, bergamot, citron and lime blossom, enhanced by a hint of vanilla flower.

 

On the palate, the attack is supple, fleshy and full-bodied, carried by controlled tension and fine finesse. A wine of character, harmonious and seductive.

 

The finish is full and delicious, marked by elegant minerality, small red fruits and hints of spice.

 

Very long finish, for a gastronomic rosé that is assertive and distinguished.

Features

    Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, was chosen for the beauty of its vineyard and the quality of its clay-rich terroirs, producing naturally balanced grapes.

     

    This sun-drenched estate, nestled between the Massif des Maures and the foothills of the Haut-Var Alps, takes its name from the stream that runs through it.

     

    It stands out for the aromatic expression and minerality of its distinctive rosé wines.
